QUALITY & EXECUTION

Measured Quality. Structured Progress.

Practical checks and a clear programme guide the way we execute each project.

QUALITY CONTROL

Checks Close to the Work.

Our approach to quality begins close to the work: a small testing laboratory is established at site, enabling direct site-level checks during execution. This makes testing part of the day-to-day construction process. Where independent cross-verification is required, samples are also tested through government-recognised laboratories.

  • On-site testing arrangements
  • Direct site-level quality checks
  • External laboratory cross-verification when required

PLANNING & PROGRESS CONTROL

From the Overall Programme to Daily Targets.

01

Project Programme

Define the overall execution period and sequence for the agreed scope.

02

Monthly Targets

Divide the programme into clear monthly work targets.

03

Weekly Targets

Break monthly goals into weekly execution targets and review completion.

04

Daily Execution

Track daily work through site reporting and follow up on each target.

Daily Visibility.
Weekly Accountability.

Daily site reports provide a continuing record of execution. A complete review meeting every week compares actual work with the assigned targets, identifies outstanding activities and sets priorities for the following week. This connects the day-to-day site programme with the overall project schedule.

The overall construction period is divided into monthly milestones, then weekly targets and daily activities. Maruti Engineering follows these targets through reporting and review, coordinating the next steps to keep work progressing within the agreed time boundaries.
