Our Work on This Project.
A landmark hospitality development in Dwarka, The Fern Sattva Resort forms an important part of Maruti Engineering's experience in resort construction. Designed by the renowned architectural firm ARK Reza Kabul Architects, the project brings together a range of hospitality facilities within a distinctive resort destination.
Maruti Engineering's civil construction scope encompassed the main resort building, guest facilities, banquet and dining spaces, swimming pool and associated external development. The project reflects our involvement in executing the diverse building and infrastructure requirements of a premium hospitality development.
